Our customer care

We try to give 100% customer care to all of our customers. A happy customer is some-one who will come back again and spread the word that our Rogue products and service are great!

Our ethos is pretty much as below!

The Ten Rules of Customer Service at Kendrick Imports

1. Know what it is that your customers want by listening to them, they let you know what they want and how you can provide good service.
2. Take the time to identify customer needs by asking questions and concentrating on what the customer is really saying. Don’t assume anything… if you do you will make an ASS out of U and ME!
3. Communicate regularly so that you are aware of problems or upcoming needs.
4. Make customers feel important and appreciated.
5. Help customers understand your systems. And be willing to “bend the rules” for individuals.
6. Always do what you say you are going to do.
7. When something goes wrong, apologise. Deal with problems immediately and let customers know what you have done.
8. Try to exceed customer expectations.
9. Encourage feedback from customers and welcome suggestions about how you could improve.
10. Never forget customers have a choice!
